I visited in January and the room was kind of cold in my opinion. It's the kind of high ceiling room which doesn't get very warm during winter.
There are no warm duvets available in the room, just a few soft blankets.

The location is the best, just a few minutes away from Old Town, they have big double bed rooms and the toilets are clean.
After the check in you use the entrance codes provided by the host and there is no need to go through the reception.

Room was really clean, bed was one of the most comfortable ones i have ever had the chance to sleep on :) Location is really good, close to the city center and really quiet area. There was also a market really close by, so big plus for that as well.

My fiance and I stayed here for a week and got back a few days ago.
We liked this place as it is very central to the main square and galeria.
We had a room with a bathroom (other rooms you had shared bathroom).
The Wi-Fi is hit and miss and be prepared to be up early every day as the church near the hostel starts the bells at seven in the morning.
Overall we would stay again.

A friend and I visited for two nights and really enjoyed it. We arrived super early and the receptionist let us use the showers before check in (after our overnight bus). The room was interesting, we had a big bathroom with no toilet, the toilet was down the hall with it's own key so it was private but not quite en suite- just a bit strange.
The room was fine, comfy bed, not so comfy pillows.
The wifi wasn't good at all, probably worked for about 10% of our time there but to be honest we weren't in much.
The best thing about this place was the location, it was so close to everything!
Also the guy who checked us in Tomek was amazing! He have us some great recommendations before we even asked, he gave us a restaurant for each night and helped us book a tour to Auschwitz.
Thanks for all your help Tomek!

This hostel is great value for money. We stayed in the private double room which had our own bathroom and toilet (the toilet is outside the room but caused no issue). The room was spacious, cool and clean with simple decor. The staff at the hostel where excellent and provided us with a map of the city with all of the tourist attractions and places that they recommend we visit whilst on our trip, they also helped us out by showing us where the best vegan/vegetarian restaurants where too as this is always something we have to keep in mind on our trips.
The hostel is in an excellent location, just a 2 minute walk into the main square and shops.

There were no holders for towels in bathroom.
Wifi sometimes was weak.

The staff is very pleasant, friendly and helpful! Room is a big, clean and comfortable. And warm - it's important at winter!

Liked: Great location (5 minut walk from city centre), pubs and shop nearby. Helpful staff, nice atmosphere of old house with wooden staircase and high ceilings. The room furnished simply, but just what we expected for the price. We liked it! One thing that I want to point out - as we visited in November and it was cold and rainy outside, we were happy that the room was warm and the heaters were on. Some hostels try to save money on that and I was happy that was not the case in Roller Hostel.

Disliked: The wifi password didn't work, but as we found another free wifi, we didn't really asked the staff about that. I think they would have solved it if we did.

The location was perfect and in such a beautiful place! It was so clean and nice to come back to at the end of the day. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful so you had all the information you needed including maps and leaflets. It is also ideally next to a mini supermarket which is great for a few cheap nights in cooking or getting snacks for through the day.

Liked: Close to Barbican and town square and the Galleria, but not in party zone, so quiet at night. Easy to walk to from bus station. Reasonably priced places to eat nearby.

Disliked: Bins weren't emptied daily. Floor was not swept daily.
